Elliot condemns his daughter Ridley to accompany him on a trip to his boss's country estate. On the way through the Rocky Mountains, an argument erupts and they run over a wild unicorn. Ridley touches the horn of the dying animal, creating a psychic connection between them. When Elliot's profit-driven boss realizes that the unicorn works medical miracles, he sees a lucrative business opportunity. But the exploitation of the creature does not come without bloody consequences.
